Amazing stay! We had the entire ground level suite to ourselves which was super comfortable and clean. Communication with owners was efficient and check-in was easy. The breakfast served each morning was mind-blowing and we loved the beautiful garden. The private lounge with a fireplace was jaw-dropping and the location in a quiet area close to shops was perfect. Will definitely book again! Highly recommend! A++

I recently stayed at Beechwood in Hastings for a short trip and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional. The owner and their dog were lovely and made me feel welcome. The location was great, with a short walk to the city center. The breakfast provided was healthy and delicious. The owner even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to the airport when I couldn't find a taxi or Uber. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel had a lovely and cozy ambience with beautiful decorations throughout. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. It was a delight to relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. The separate entry to my room provided convenience and privacy, making it suitable for senior guests.

A better vacation for senior people could be enhanced by having more staff available to assist with any needs or questions. The children working there did a good job, but having additional support would be beneficial for senior guests.

What an amazing experience! The room was not only beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and everything was spotlessly clean. I also loved that they provided a delicious breakfast every morning with muesli, yogurt, fruit, and juice. It was the perfect way to start the day. Additionally, the location was ideal. We were close to everything in the city and it was so convenient to explore the area.

While my stay was mostly great, there were a couple of minor issues. the communication from the owner was a bit last minute and would have been better if it had been through text messages.
